RETURN POLICY

Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, we have a strict "no refund" policy. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, so no exceptions will be made. This is an industry standard, and most hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns for the same reasons. Love Mia Beauty is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers –– If you are unhappy or have an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team promptly so that we can assist you further.

FAULTY / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you feel that your product has a manufacturing defect or fault, this should be reported to us via email to orders@lovemiabeauty.com within 30 days of delivery.
